Michelle Ciulla Lipkin spent 25+ years in media and education — as a media literacy educator, advocate, and CUNY lecturer. Jena Wuu spent 15+ years in tech and policy — building Uber in Europe and founding Meta's global information ecosystem program.

Jena Wuu is a writer, speaker, teacher, and advisor on how trust and expertise are evolving online. Her work focuses on helping institutions and subject matter experts that serve the public – in fields like medicine, science, government, and civil service – participate online with rigor and intention.

At Meta, she founded and led the company's global information ecosystem program, partnering with governments, UN agencies, universities, and NGOs to bring credible public health, science, and civic information to over two billion people worldwide during COVID-19, the war in Ukraine, natural disasters, and elections.

Today, Jena writes Feed for Thought, a newsletter exploring how trust and expertise are evolving online. Through her advisory and teaching, Jena also helps institutions and experts figure out how they want to opt in to the digital ecosystem.
